Recently, Google has acquired several new patents related to mobile devices with OLED screens, in order to reduce battery consumption.
Unlike past efforts to reduce the energy it takes light display, the new Google patents promising new opportunities that did not exist before.
Currently, if your phone battery is at a minimum, you reduce the brightness of the screen and hope that somehow the left to save energy while now, Google's new patents are intended to achieve new levels of optimization.
Definition of these patents is divided into three levels OLED screen. First, Google is only intended to dismantle the screen animations. Secondly, will decrease the screen resolution, and thirdly, the battery display will be at its minimum, the screen will display only two colors - red and black.
Apparently, this will be an interesting concept of saving our mobile device battery with OLED screen, and would certainly be interesting to see in action.
